The application can be downloaded and printed at www.ashlandky.gov for completion. No faxed applications accepted. Applications are also available from Human Resources, Room 301, City Building, 1700 Greenup Ave., P.O. Box 1839, Ashland, KY 41105-1839, M-F, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, (606) 327-2024. Closing date and time for submission of completed applications with required documentation is Friday, December 4, 2015, at 4 PM. City Building closed Nov. 26 & 27 for Thanksgiving Holiday. Pursuant to KRS 17.580, the Kentucky State Police provides sex offender registration information to the public through their
website. The intent of their site is to promote public safety and awareness by alerting possible victims of potential danger, not
to punish or embarrass offenders.
